Thank you for shopping with American Flex. We are committed to getting your apparel to you as quickly and safely as possible.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through the American Flex online store.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Please note that orders containing made-to-order or customized products may require additional processing time. Any applicable production or processing timeframe will be communicated on the product page or during checkout.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Typical delivery estimates may include:
- Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days, when available
These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery procedures.
If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around your delivery location.
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management when applicable.
- Contact the shipping carrier to report the issue.
- Contact American Flex if you need additional assistance.
American Flex may assist in contacting or submitting an inquiry with the shipping carrier, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to American Flex, we may contact you regarding available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you request that the order be reshipped.
American Flex is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to American Flex by the shipping carrier, we may contact you regarding the next steps.
If you request that the order be reshipped, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
If you request a refund instead, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund, except where prohibited by applicable law or when the return resulted from an error by American Flex.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and its contents before discarding any packaging materials.
Contact American Flex within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photographs of the package
- Photographs of the damaged product
We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
11. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact American Flex within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and photographs of the items received when applicable.
If the error is confirmed to be on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
12. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Products
Some American Flex products may be offered as pre-orders or made-to-order merchandise.
These products may require additional production time before shipment.
Any applicable production timeframe will be communicated on the product page or during checkout.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products, the order may be shipped together after all products are ready unless otherwise stated.
13. Multiple Shipments
Depending on product availability, inventory location, order size, or fulfillment requirements, an order may be shipped in multiple packages.
If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking information.

After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's policies, procedures, and service conditions.
American Flex is not responsible for delays, losses, or disruptions caused by the shipping carrier that are outside our reasonable control.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues.
